People usually come to coaching because they’re dissatisfied with some aspect of their life and want to make it better. Other times people are just feeling a little bit lost and lacking direction or are just feeling like something’s missing in life or that there’s got to be more to it than what they’re experiencing at the moment. In short, you don’t have to be going off the rails to have a coach! And you don’t have to be an ambitious success-junkie either. All you need is to want something more, better, different or new in your life and have hope that there is a possibility of being able to have it. If you’re asking yourself whether you actually ‘need’
coaching, the answer is no. No-one ‘needs’ coaching. However, coaching
is good for everyone! There is a rapidly increasing number of people in the
world (including coaches themselves) who now won’t consider not having
a coach. This is because the process of coaching is one which continually helps
you to see new possibilities and which constantly promotes better living. You
get to a stage where you realise life really does just keep getting better and
that there’s no ceiling on how enjoyable, rewarding or happy life can
be.
